GC: Saunders Construction
Description: This project consists of an 8-story, 115 unit, multi-family building with underground parking, common area amenities (roof deck, fitness and lobby areas). The main service, (2) 2000A main boards, meter stacks, generator, and busway. With a push for LEED, LED lighting and wireless dimming controls have been incorporated through the project.
