Description: New construction on a 90,000 sqft, 4-story state-of-the-art health and wellness center for the University of Colorado Denver. This project is pursuing LEED® and incorporates various daylight controls, solar motion devices, and energy monitoring and a complex lighting control system that are tied into the BAS. This project also utilized a detailed BIM coordination process to coordinate all trades in 3D modeling before construction commenced, ensuring a more seamless construction process. Also included are a 1600A main service, 300kW diesel generator, and a green roof with an under floor power distribution system and new LED lighting.
